Net Neutrality in the Netherlands

The Netherlands have passed a net neutrality bill.

Under the new law, mobile internet providers like KPN won't be able to charge for access to particular services like Skype or throttle traffic through them — both techniques that the company was intent on using to manage its mobile traffic.

This is great news for the Netherlands, and good news for the rest of us around  the world -- hopefully, it'll set an international precedent and other countries (US, plz?) will start passing net neutrality legislation.
