Blasted everything

I meant to blog much earlier today, but I lost about an hour's time when the computer I was working on froze and I had to redo today's issue of Bathetic from about halfway through. Then, I was going to try to write it on my phone on break, but I couldn't get the page to load, and eventually I had to go back to work.

I'm tired now, and can't string together a coherent set of thoughts.

As a consolation, here are some of the things that have been bouncing around in my head in the past few days, which will probably become future blog posts:

  • The possibly analogous nature between the American beauty myth and the myth of intelligence in pop culture
  • The future of the bookselling industry, especially regarding special edition printruns
  • Population density and its implications on culture and society
  • Vertical farming
