Brain and body state

i fell asleep and missed a lecture I was supposed to go to today. Not thrilled with myself about that. I remember getting upstairs, laying down, and feeling myself start to fall asleep. There wasn't quite enough time to take a nap. I set an alarm, but when it went off I ignored it. I woke up not just too late to catch the bus to the lecture, but at the time when the lecture would be starting. 

In the past few days I think I haven't been getting enough food, water, or rest.
